Originally from Sydney, Australia and residing now in the feature film capital of the world, Los Angeles, Fletch has been working in features, television, and commercials for the last 20 years.
At Psyop, Fletch shaped the now iconic Clash of Clans advertising campaigns. Working with agency Barton F Graf, Fletch helped build out intricate backstories which gave dimension to characters that previously only existed in pixels on cell phone screens. In doing so, he wove these fictional personalities into the fabric of pop culture, ultimately building a fan base so large and voracious that it often consumes these films by the millions within hours of launch. Fletch’s 2015 Super Bowl ad for Clash, featuring a hilariously angry Liam Neeson, was called the most popular spot of the game by The Guardian and the single most watched ad of the year with over 165 million views on Youtube.
He is currently developing an animated feature and TV series with Netflix and Sony Pictures Animation.
